U.S. Air Force Gen. Gary L. North, expresses his gratitude for the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) airmen who served under his command during the PACAF change of command ceremony Aug. 3, 2012, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. North relinquished command to U.S. Air Force Gen. Hawk Carlisle. North is retiring after more than three decades of active duty military service.
