Explosive Ordnance Disposal Units (EODMU) 1, 11 and 12 conduct pool tests of the SEABOTIX underwater reconnaissance vehicle. EODMU-1, 11 and 12 are assigned to Commander, Task Group 56.1, which provides mine countermeasures, explosive ordinance disposal, salvage-diving, counter-terrorism, and force protection for the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
