The march was the final event during an Expert Field Medical Badge qualification on Fort Campbell, Kentucky. More than 80 Soldiers from units on Fort Campbell attempted to qualify for the coveted badge during an Expert Field Medical Badge test Oct. 24 to Nov. 5. The qualification includes an exam, fitness test, day and night land navigation, three days of combat testing lanes to demonstrate technical and tactical proficiency, and the ruck march.
