Sangoh Choi, a behavioral health specialist assigned to the hospital’s Dept. of Behavioral Health, Nov. 5. Choi was one of 38 Soldiers on Fort Campbell, Kentucky who qualified for the badge during EFMB testing on post Oct. 24 to Nov. 5. EFMB is a special skill award for recognition of exceptional competence and outstanding performance by field medical personnel, enabling a ready medical Force through elevated medical proficiency.
