201102-N-DJ838-1012 YIGO, Guam (Nov. 2, 2020) Equipment Operator Constructionman Brendon Marr, from New Bloomfield, Mo., assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Detail Guam, operates a 724K forklift to remove a cargo container from a MK28 cargo truck on Anderson Air Force Base to begin building an Expedient Small Asset Protection Structure to support training capabilities for the U.S. Air Force’s 554th RED HORSE Squadron. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
