201104-N-PL249-1035 YIGO, Guam (Nov. 4, 2020) Steel Worker 3rd Class Zachary Vitale, from Woodbine, Ga., assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Detail Guam, bends rebar to be used for grade beams for the construction of an Expedient Small Asset Protection Structure on Anderson Air Force Base to support training capabilities for the U.S. Air Force’s 554th RED HORSE Squadron. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
