    SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 19, 2020) Capt. Oscar Rojas, commodore, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group 1, speaks during the EOD Mobile Unit 5 and Task Group 75.1 change-of-command ceremony held on Naval Base Guam in Santa Rita, Guam. Cmdr. Andrew Cook was relieved by Cmdr. John Keefe as the commander of EODMU 5, which is U.S. 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task group responsible for EOD and expeditionary mine countermeasures to eliminate explosive threats so the Fleet and Nation can fight and win. The ceremony was limited to essential personnel and live streamed for virtual attendance to adhere with COVID-19 safety protocols.
