SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 19, 2020) Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Alex Armour, from Centralia, MO. and deployed with Task Force 75, piping off the official party during the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5 and Task Group 75.1 change-of-command ceremony held on Naval Base Guam in Santa Rita, Guam. Cmdr. Andrew Cook was relieved by Cmdr. John Keefe as commander of U.S. 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task group responsible for EOD and expeditionary mine countermeasures to eliminate explosive threats so the Fleet and Nation can fight and win. The ceremony was limited to essential personnel and live streamed for virtual attendance to adhere with COVID-19 safety protocols.
