201119-N-FD034-1020 SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 19, 2020) Builder 3rd Class Kevin Huynh, assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Detail Guam, assembles a stirrup system in preparation for placing formwork for the roof of a concrete pavilion in support of the U.S. Coast Guard on board Naval Base Guam. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
