The honor guard folds the U.S. flag during a memorial for Laura Froehlich at the Riverside National Cemetery Aug. 10. For more than 10 years, when the nation called for Marines and sailors to depart March Air Reserve Base to deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, she was on call to say goodbye and greet them upon return.
