U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command and U.S. Soldiers with Advanced Operations Base train the Next Generation Loudspeaker - Dismounted at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Sept. 3, 2020. The NGLS-D can be used during humanitarian aid missions to reach the local populace with important information over a wide area. A group of approximately 20 Marines from SPMAGTF-SC integrated with Joint Task Force - Bravo at Soto Cano Air Base in support of operations and exercises in the Latin American and Caribbean region. The remainder of the task force is prepared to deploy to the region to work alongside partner nation militaries, enhancing combined crisis response efforts in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
