Major General Michael S. Cederholm speaks with volunteers from the Whistle Stop Thrift Shop aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Dec. 7, 2020. Cederholm visited the installations’s thrift store to commend the volunteers for their time and dedication while continuing to serve the on-base community during a pandemic. The Whistle Stop Thrift Shop’s profits generated by sales provide scholarships for military dependents as well as financial assistance to local, regional, and national organizations.
