The 87-foot Coast Guard Cutter Osprey, homeported in Port Townsend, Wash., transits in Puget Sound toward the anchored Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star, Saturday, December 5, 2020 to deliver a secondary hydraulic pump for the ice breaker’s engineers.
