The Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star’s crew receives a secondary hydraulic pump from from the 87-foot Coast Guard Cutter Osprey [out of photo], homeported in Port Townsend, Wash., while the heavy ice breaker is anchored in Puget Sound, Saturday, December 5, 2020.
