201205-N-TP832-1187 OKINAWA, Japan (Dec. 5, 2020) Command Master Chief Alonso Cadena, command master chief of 30th Naval Construction Regiment, speaks with Utilitiesman Constructionman Rene Nunez and Utilitiesman Constructionman Kai Crane, assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, about placing formwork for their ongoing Civil Engineering Support Equipment wash rack project on board Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
