201205-N-TP832-1196 OKINAWA, Japan (Dec. 5, 2020) Builder 2nd Class Joseph Cantu, a project crew leader assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, briefs Capt. Lance Flood, commander of 30th Naval Construction Regiment, on the progress of a Civil Engineering Support Equipment wash rack project on board Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
