U.S. Marine Corps Col. Mikel Huber, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point commanding officer, thanks members of the Carteret County Military Affairs Committee during the 18th annual Cookies for the Troops event, held at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, Dec. 17, 2020. This year the event was modified in compliance with COVID-19 safety guidelines and held as a drive-through. It was assembled in the covered area at Miller’s Landing so representatives from each unit could pick up a portion of the cookies.
