U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Francis L. Donovan II, commanding general of 2nd Marine Division, awards Cpl. Jose L. Bustos a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during an award ceremony at Camp Lejeune on Dec. 18, 2020. Bustos was recognized as the 2nd Tank Battalion tanker of the year after executing a lateral move to become a distribution management specialist in accordance with Marine Corps force design restructuring.
