Mark Sgobba, electronics engineer, develops a program for the selective conformal coating/curing system. UV-curable conformal coating is automatically applied to each CCA in liquid or gel form avoiding various keep-out regions like card guides, ejectors and connectors, etc. Once the coating process is completed, a high energy UV-curing wand is deployed to instantly cure the conformal coating so the CCA can be handled safely.
