MIHAIL KOGALNICEANU, Romania – As they walk through the Restriction Of Movement area, Col. Jeffrey A. Wade, Director of Health Services, Michail Kogaliniceanu, Romania and Novo Solo Training Area, Bulgaria discusses the process for isolating Soldiers upon their arrival in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 with Maj. Gen. Christopher O. Mohan, Commanding General, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, during his visit here Jan 12. One of Maj. Gen. Mohan's biggest focuses during the trip was making sure the base was doing all it could to combat COVID-19 and was prepared for the coming vaccination. “The ability to protect ourselves from COVID and to vaccinate against it will support our overall goal of deterrence, mission readiness, and interoperability with our NATO allies,” he said.
