Capt. Brian Koehr, a professor of Navy science and the commanding officer of the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Chicago Consortium, inspects Midshipman 4th Class Leana Osmer, from West Hills, Calif., a freshman student at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, in the Atlantic Fleet Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command. The consortium was on the base conducting their annual weeklong freshmen orientation.
