SANTA RITA, Guam (Jan. 20, 2021) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Alexander Young, deployed with the Seabee expeditionary construction and engineering capability of Task Force 75, inspects the asphalt batch plant on Naval Base Guam. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 turned over asphalt batch plant operations to NMCB 4 as part of their relief in place/transfer of authority (RIP/TOA). The Seabees are deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
