Master Chief Petty Officer Jason M. Vanderhaden, the senior enlisted leader of the Coast Guard, presents Lt. j.g Paul Kang, the official USCGC Charles Moulthrope’s (WPC 1141) long glass on Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, Va., Jan. 21, 2021. Each FRC is named for an enlisted Coast Guard hero who distinguished himself or herself in the line of duty.
