Sailors from deck department aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) use steady lines to maneuver a Humvee while being transported by the ships crane to the flight deck. The Humvee is being loaded as cargo for 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. Tortuga, commanded by Cmdr. John Barnett, is apart of the only forward-deployed amphibious ready group.
