Sailors from deck department aboard amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) attach crane hooks to a Humvee before it's transported by the ships crane to the flight deck. The Humvee is being loaded as cargo for 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. Tortuga, commanded by Cmdr. John Barnett, is apart of the only forward-deployed amphibious ready group.
