SANTA RITA, Guam (Jan. 28, 2021) Electronics Technician 1st Class Steven Protain, assigned to Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific-Task Force 75, prepares data cables inside a Command Control Tent in preparation for a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) unit exercise on Camp Covington in Santa Rita, Guam. CTF 75 is U.S. 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task force and is responsible for the planning and execution of maritime security operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving, engineering and construction, and underwater construction throughout the Indo-Pacific.
