Grade. Marine Forces Reserve organizes, mans, equips, trains, and sustains more than 40,000 Drilling Reserve Marines and some 60,000 Individual Ready Reserve Marines to support Theater Security Cooperation Exercises and Overseas Contingency Operation requirements.
