Col. Green is an career Army Signal Corps officer serving as the CIO and G-6 Chief of Staff. He has commanded multiple military units, most recently the 160th Signal Brigade.
The Distinguished Service Medal was established in 1918 and is awarded for exceptionally meritorious service to the government in a duty of great responsibility.
