From right, Staff Sgt. Kacie Dunn, Spc. Garfield Humphreys, and Sgt. 1st Class David Gonzalez, all with Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, are fitted for the Improved Outer Tactical Vest at Butts Army Airfield Nov. 14. The IOTV replaces the previous body army system the Soldiers had and is covers an additional 52 square inches of the body. Soldiers from the 3rd BCT are receiving this new equipment prior to deploying to Iraq later this year for up to 15 months.
