U.S. Army Capt. Nathan Bevans is a UH-60 Black Hawk pilot. He will finish his time in the Middle East as an aviation liaison officer for Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve after leading Alpha Company, 2-104th General Support Aviation Battalion, 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade as their commander for the first eight months of deployment.
He originally joined the military for a sense of purpose and because of his family ties to service. After deployment, he looks forward to taking a cross-country road trip with his wife.
