David Beetham, the command chaplain for the Army Reserve's 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), watches a livestream of his informal March 1, 2021 promotion ceremony held at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Beetham, a native of Canada, told his colleagues afterwards that he was grateful for the opportunity to serve in the United States Army, something he never expected when he first arrived in America.
