Justin Swanson, the 310th ESC commanding general, pins him with the rank of Lt. Col. at an informal March 1, 2021 promotion ceremony held at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. In addition to his colleagues at the ceremony, Beetham's wife and children watched the promotion on a livestream.
