A Soldier deployed in support of Task Force Spartan crosses the finish line in 3 hours and 50 minutes to earn her Norwegian Foot March Badge at the Joint Training Center in Jordan, Feb. 27. Sgt. Crystal Geimausaddle placed first for females and fourth overall in the 18.6 miles (30 Kilometers) challenge while wearing a 25-pound rucksack. The Norwegian Foot March Badge is an approved foreign award and may be worn on the Army service uniform. Physical fitness is important throughout a Soldiers military career and ruck marches offer a good challenge with esprit de corps.
