U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, Task Force Anvil, offload fuel from an U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft, assigned to the 39th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, onto a fuel truck during a mission in Southwest Asia, March 15, 2021. The fuel was delivered through an Aerial Bulk Fuels Delivery System which supports special missions and operations that require fuel delivery when local sources either aren’t available or there are other limiting factors.
