U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft pilots, assigned to the 39th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, fly over Southwest Asia during a mission to deliver fuel to U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, Task Force Anvil, through an Aerial Bulk Fuels Delivery System, March 15, 2021. During the mission the crew delivered 3,580 gallons of Jet Propellant 8 fuel to two different locations in the Central Command area of responsibility. The ABFDS supports special missions and operations that require fuel delivery when local sources either aren’t available or there are other limiting factors. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt.
