The NAVSUP FLC San Diego Commanding Officer, Captain Timothy Brown, meritoriously promoted Petty Officer 1st Class Aileen Adriano, a culinary specialist with the Fleet Logistics Operations Department, at the NAVSUP FLCSD Headquarters building, March 17, 2021. Brown was joined by the command's Executive Officer, CDR Andrew Phillips and Command Master Chief Lloyd Stanford. Adriano has served in the Navy for seven years, and says when she was informed of her selection in the Meritorious Advancement Program, she was overcome with joy and happiness because she had reached the goal that she was so focused on achieving for her professional development. Adriano, a native of the Philippines, plans to make the Navy a career, and hopes to attain the highest level of leadership either as an enlisted Sailor or as an officer.
