The NAVSUP FLC San Diego Commanding Officer, Captain Timothy Brown, meritoriously promoted Petty Officer 2nd Class Abrianna Trujillo, a culinary specialist with the Industrial Support Department, at the NAVSUP FLCSD Headquarters building, March 17, 2021. Trujillo has served in the Navy for four years, and says her main motivation for being the best Sailor possible is her family, specifically, her newborn son. She encourages other female Sailors who want to have children, to never give up on their dreams of being a great leader, because as she stated, being pregnant and desiring to be a mother should not be a limiting factor in accomplishing their goals.
