210322-N-WS023-1248 TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 22, 2021) Builder 2nd Class Nejohn Jones (left) and Engineering Aid 2nd Class Austin Parry, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, pack concrete into a slump cone to determine the workability and consistency of the concrete mixture. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces globally.
