210316-N-WS023-1206 TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 16, 2021) Builder Constructionman Hannah Dodge, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, adds bracing to concrete formwork prior to placing concrete for a mooring bollard footer at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces globally.
