Sergeant Major Raymond Mackey address those in attendance to his flag pole dedication, Aug. 30. Mackey lost both legs in Afghanistan, 2009, and recently received home renovations, to include a flag pole, from the Home Depot Foundation and the Semper Fi Fund.
