The Marine Corps and American flags are raised for the first time on Sgt. Maj. Raymond Mackey’s new flag pole, Aug. 30. Mackey lost both legs in Afghanistan, 2009, and recently received home renovations, to include a flag pole, from the Home Depot Foundation and the Semper Fi Fund.
