He played a key role in developing the first ever 13O Instructor Upgrade Training course covering 105 hours of instruction and standardized the operational C2 debrief process. Additionally, he synchronized 505th Command and Control Wing scenario development leading to the development and refinement of two scenarios saving the U.S. Air Force three-hundred thousand dollars annually.
