Marines assigned to Battalion Landing Team (BLT) 3/2, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), provide security at an intersection of a Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) facility at Fort Pickett, Va., Sept. 8, 2012. MOUT is used to familiarize Marines with the essential techniques to properly clear and secure a street, building or town. This training was part of the 26th MEU's pre-deployment training program. BLT 3/2 is one of the three reinforcements of 26th MEU, which is slated to deploy in 2013.
