U.S. Army paratroopers assigned to 2nd Battalion, 503rd Parachute Infantry Regiment jump out of U.S. Airforce C-130's during a joint airborne operation onto Juliette Drop Zone on April 15, 2021. Training like this allows both allies to gain confidence in each other's equipment and procedures, and helps build the bonds of interoperability between both Armies.
Afterwards, there was a wing exchange ceremony for both U.S. and Italian paratroopers and they were awarded with each nations parachutist badge pinned by both forces respective leaders.
