Jae Dugan, from Portland, Ore., points out what a positive COVID-19 result looks like when performing high-throughput testing on a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) machine at the Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) at Camp Lemonnier on April 23, 2021.The NAMRU team has done thousands of lab tests since spring, 2020.
