PACIFIC OCEAN (April 22, 2021) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Gregory Yhap, from San Diego, prepares syringes of the COVID-19 vaccine aboard amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), April 22. Essex is underway as part of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) conducting routine training off the coast of southern California.
