The 71st Battlefield Surveillance Brigade’s Command Sgt. Maj. Todd Richardson, assists parachute riggers from the 249th Quartermasters Company in recovery of his T-10 parachute after a successful deliberate water airborne operation on the Walter E. Long Lake, Sept. 8. The operation was a combined event between C Company, 1/19th Special Forces Group, the 147th Air Support Operations Squadron, the 249th Quartermasters Company and the Texas Department of Public Safety.
