Class John Pinnock, a biomedical equipment specialist from the 418th Medical Logistics Company on Fort Carson, Colorado, is tested on tactical combat casualty care at a Expert Field Medical Badge event held May 16-22 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This EFMB event is the first hosted by Army Reserve, and offers an opportunity for Soldiers in the medical field to earn the special skill award by demonstrating exceptional competence and outstanding performance in Soldier and medical tasks. Less than twenty percent of candidates pass the challenging test.
