Maj. Matthew Young, an Aeromedical Evacuations Officer the 528th Hospital Center, Fort Bliss, Texas searches for a point in land navigation during an Expert Field Medical Badge event held May 16-22, 2021 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This EFMB event is the first hosted by Army Reserve, and offers an opportunity for Soldiers in the medical field to earn the special skill award by demonstrating exceptional competence and outstanding performance in Soldier and medical tasks. Less than twenty percent of candidates pass the challenging test.
