    Rear Adm. Richard Wren, Commander Task Force 70, and Capt. Todd Zecchin, commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) speak to the media during a homecoming celebration. Kitty Hawk and the embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5 squadrons participated in exercise ANNUALEX with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force during the deployment. Kitty Hawk is the world's only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier and operates from Fleet Activities Yokosuka.
